Now Hiring Dog Groomers
Roamin’ Baths mobile dog grooming is one of Denver’s oldest and respected mobile grooming services. We don’t want to offer you a job—we want to offer you a career!
We are looking for personable stylists interested in working in a mobile environment. A typical day would consist of bathing/grooming 6 or 7 dogs in OUR vehicles. Some days would be lighter until we can establish your new route. During lighter days, we would need you to hand flyers out on doors or other necessary duties.
Our new grooming route would approximately cover south of 1st street through Highlands Ranch. A comfortable knowledge of the area is needed. Each day would begin and end at our “base” (near University and Hampden).
28.5 Hour Grooming Position Available:
•Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
•8:00 to 6:30
•Start at $16 / hour plus tips. Possibility of increases for enthusiasm, performance, and professionalism.
•This position may grow to 40 hours if groomer shows interest.
19 Hour Grooming Position Available:
•Mondays and Tuesdays
•8:00 to 6:30
•Start at $16 / hour plus tips. Possibility of increases for enthusiasm, performance, and professionalism.
Requirements:
•Appropriate appearance and behavior.
•Show up to work as scheduled.
•Pass a criminal background check.
•Clean driving record.
•Have some kind of pet grooming training.
•Have your own cell phone.
•Provide your own basic tools (clippers and scissors). Replacement tools will be provided by Roamin’ Baths.
•Able to learn and adapt to Roamin’ Baths standards.
•Able to navigate the city, show up on time to appointments, offer a quality service, receive appropriate payment from the customer, and complete necessary paperwork.
•Maintain a clean grooming trailer and truck.
•Willingness to expand duties and/or hours as the company grows.
•Assist GT Grooming Trailers with errands, trailer demonstrations, etc.
•Understanding that you will sign a legal noncompete agreement—meaning you will not market to Roamin’ Baths customers or accept their business for a period of 5 years after leaving Roamin’ Baths. You will not share proprietary information concerning Archielus Holding Company with other people, companies, or organizations.
